Your Shift desk table top is made with a high-pressure laminate that features elevated durability, easy cleaning, and resistance to countless uses. Please follow these instructions to clean your table top:

1. First, remove the stain with room temperature or warm water, rinse, then dry with a paper towel or soft cloth.
2. In the event that the stain leaves a light mark, repeat the cleaning procedure using a mild detergent. Let the detergent act for a few minutes, then rinse with water, and dry with a paper towel or soft cloth. It’ll come right off.
   
3. For persistent stains, the use of a household detergent, either concentrated or diluted 50/50 with water, is recommended. Let the detergent act for a few minutes, remove with abundant warm water and a soft cloth, then dry with a paper towel or soft cloth.
   
   

How to remove marks from your soft-touch table top:
If your table top has a mark that soap and water can’t remove, try using a Magic Sponge to rub it off. Superficial marks should disappear quickly.

Tips

1. Avoid allowing dirt and stains to age on the surface of the laminate as much as possible. Prompt cleaning provides better results with less effort!
2. To avoid leaving marks, always remove the detergent, rinse, and dry thoroughly. If using a detergent or a solvent you are not sure of, it is advisable to first test it on a small area.
3. Do not use powdered abrasives or other harsh cleaners like hypochlorite bleach, hydrogen peroxide, nitric or hydrochloric acids, or lye. They may deface the surface and change the finish color.
