30-day risk-free trial policy on our sit-stand desks


We’re so convinced you’ll love working with our sit-stand desks that we decided to offer you the chance to return your desk within 30 days of the ship date if you aren’t satisfied.
Use your new sit-stand desk, work on it, play with it, test it, show it to your friends and colleagues… all in the comfort of your home or office for 30 days. If you don’t love it, we’ll take it back and refund 100% of your money*

* Please note that our 30-day risk-free trial is only applicable to our sit-stand desks. It does not apply to all our other products. Please refer to the return and exchange policy if you would like to return your chair or accessories.

* Please note that we only cover the shipping fees in Canada. Returns outside Canada are subject to a return fee of the same amount as the forward shipping fee.


Conditions of the 30-day risk-free trial policy

1. All exchange or refund requests must be sent to info@ergonofis.com before the end of the 30-day period. The 30-day period starts from the date of shipping.

2. The desk needs to be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, or its equivalent. Please note that there’s always a risk that the desk gets damaged during shipping. Take pictures of the product (in and out of the packaging) before shipping it back with a carrier. In the case of damage done during shipping, we will be able to be 100% sure that the damage occurred during shipping.

3. Custom desks are final sale, they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and the 30-day risk-free trial does not apply.

4. Returns made in Canada are free of shipping charges. Returns outside Canada are subject to a return fee in the same amount as the forward shipping fee

5. Please note that the 30-day satisfaction policy does not apply to ergonofis’ accessories.

6. Please note that there will be no returns of our sit-stand desks after the 30-day risk-free trial period.

7. The 30-day risk-free trial is applicable 1 time only, which means that you cannot exchange or return a desk more than 1 time.

 

How to return my desk under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you decide that your ergonofis desk isn’t right for you within 30 days, the return process is easy:

    1. Send us an email at info@ergonofis.com and be sure to give us your order number, full name, direct phone number, and purchase receipt.

    2. Simply pack your desk in the original boxes (or its equivalents). Make sure to take pictures of the product in and out of its packaging and send them to info@ergonofis.com. This step will protect you from any damages that can happen during the shipping process.

    3. Once the return is approved, we will email you 2 shipping labels. Print and apply them to each box. We will then schedule a pick-up with our carrier at your location. If you live in Montreal, you can also come to drop the item at our offices to receive the refund faster.

    4. The refund will take 5-10 business days following the reception (under the conditions mentioned above) of the desk at one of our fulfillment centers. It will be executed in the same format as the initial purchase.

30-day return & exchange policy on chairs & accessories

We accept returns for chairs and accessories that are sent back to us in perfect condition (not used) and in their original packaging (or its equivalent) 30 days after the ship date. If your product has a manufacturing defect, please consult the ergonofis warranty page.

    2. Chairs or accessories that show marks of normal use, or any custom chairs or accessories cannot be returned and are final sale.

    3. Returns made in Canada are free of shipping charges. Returns outside Canada are subject to a return fee in the same amount as the forward shipping fee.

    4. Custom chairs, accessories, and demos are final sale, they are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and the 30-day return policy does not apply.

 


How to return my chair or an accessory under the 30-day return policy

    1. Send us an email at info@ergonofis.com and be sure to give us your order number, full name, your direct phone number and the receipt of your purchase.

    2. Simply pack your product in the original box (or its equivalent). Once the return is approved, we will email you a shipping label. Print and apply it to the product box. We will then schedule a pick-up with our carrier at your location. If you live in Montreal, you can also come to drop the item at our offices to receive the refund faster.

    3. When we receive your product, and we deem it to be in the same condition it was sent to you, you will be refunded in full in the same method of payment used during the initial purchase.

*Please note that if the product received is damaged by normal use not caused by the shipping carrier, ergonofis keeps the right to issue a partial refund. The refund will be issued in 5 to 10 business days after the reception of the product at our distribution center.
